长聘副教授、博导。入选国家高层次人才计划（科技创新领军人才）、英国工程技术学会（IET）会士。主要从事集群系统的协同控制与优化、微纳航天器系统、以及无人系统的智能导航等方面的研究工作。围绕上述领域，在国内外重要刊物上发表SCI期刊论文80余篇，在Springer出版专著1部，论文累计被引用5000余次，入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者。担任System & Control Letter等杂志编委（associate editor）、中国自动化学会大数据专业委员会副主任委员、IEEE高级会员等职。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目等多个项目，曾获北京市科学技术一等奖等5项科技奖励。入选国家海外高层次人才引进计划（青年项目），获洪堡学者基金及北京市杰出青年科学基金。

He is awarded Chinese 1000-Youth Talent Program Grant, Humboldt Research Fellowship, Finalist for Guan Zhao-Zhi Award (2014), Automatica Top 10 Most Cited Article (2010-2015), and Outstanding Reviewer for Automatica (2011-2012). He is associate editor for Chinese Control Conference (2015-2018).
