Science | Photoexcitation induced chemical bonding realizes semiconductor quantum dot 3D nanocrystal printing

Recently, The research group of Professor Sun Hongbo and Associate Professor Lin Linhan from the Department of Precision Instruments of Tsinghua University published a paper entitled "3D nanoprinting of semiconductor quantum dots by photoexcitation-induced chemical" in the journal Science. In the research paper of bonding, a three-dimensional laser assembly technology of nanoparticles based on chemical bonding was proposed by using photogenerated high-energy carriers to regulate the surface chemical activity of nanomaterials.
