Title of dissertation: Dynamic high frequency aberration of the deformable mirror in high power laser.
Topic of dissertation: The dynamic high-frequency aberration of high-density driving continuous optical surface and its effect on wavefront correction are studied theoretically and experimentally. A universal model of ultra-thin optical surface is constructed, and the mechanism of dynamic high-frequency aberration is revealed. A deformable mirror model for special-shaped ultra-thin optical mirror is constructed. The high-frequency aberration of the traditional stack array deformable mirror caused by the stress of the adhesive and the ability of the special-shaped deformable mirror to suppress the high-frequency aberration are studied through theoretical analysis and experiments. Based on the ultra-thin optical surface driving model and the deformable mirror model with special structure, a high density deformable mirror is developed and applied in high-energy and high-power laser systems to correct the wavefront distortion and to test the wavefront correction ability.
