长期从事光学显微成像及其生物医学应用的研究,在生物医学成像、传感及智能病理等领域的方法创新、系统设计和集成等方面取得了一些重要研究成果,例如设计研制了(1)实时、高分辨、超大尺度显微成像系统及随机扫描宽视场层析显微成像系统,实现了厘米级视场、亚细胞级分辨率的高速、高通量成像,并成功应用于小鼠神经网络活动的在体观测;(2)三维高速双光子荧光显微成像系统,用于小动物在体神经回路成像;(3)自适应光学显微系统,用于在体深层生物组织成像;(4)新型相干拉曼显微系统及其所需超短脉冲激光光源等,用于化学特异性、无标记成像。
在光学工程、生物光子学领域,以第一作者或通讯作者已发表 SCI 收录论文60余篇(包括 Nature Photonics论文2篇、Nature Methods论文 2 篇、Nature Machine Intelligence论文1篇、Science Advances论文1篇)。曾在 SPIE Photonics West、LALS等国际会议多次做特邀报告。
主持承担国家自然科学基金重点项目、科技创新2030——“脑科学与类脑研究”重大项目(青年科学家项目)等,参与国家自然科学基金创新群体项目等,曾入选国家海外高层次人才引进计划(青年项目)等,获《麻省理工科技评论》中国区“35岁以下科技创新35人”等荣誉。
本课题组将继续围绕新型光学显微成像、传感及其生物医学(尤其是脑科学、免疫科学、临床医学)应用开展研究,探索生物光子学的新理论、新方法、新技术,并致力于生物医学科学仪器研究,推动所研发技术的生物医学应用。
将基础理论与上述研究进展结合,本课题组开设《神经光子学》课程,现已发布到学堂在线(https://www.xuetangx.com/ ),供大家交流。
