主要研究方向为激光微纳制造及光子集成应用,在Science(2篇)、Nature Photonics、Nature Communications、Science Advances等期刊发表论文70余篇,成果被Nature、Science、Nature Photonics、Nature Materials等刊物和媒体专题报道100余次,部分成果获得“Nature 2018年诺贝尔物理学奖专题”收录,2018年和2023年两次入选美国光学学会光学年度进展,入选2022年中国光学十大进展、2022中国光学领域十大社会影响力事件、2023年中国重大技术十大进展、中国半导体十大研究进展提名奖等。
