The long-distance high-precision fiber-optic frequency transmission equipment developed by the research team was purchased by the University of Manchester, UK, and will be used to upgrade the timing and synchronization system of the e-MERLIN Telescope Array, a radio telescope array in the UK, to realize the frequency synchronization over a 300 km fiber-optic link between the Jodrell Bank Observatory and the Knockin site. The equipment was tested continuously for up to 50 days prior to shipment, achieving frequency transmission stability of 7×10^-15@1 s, 1.2×10^-17@1 day, and 1.8×10^-18@10 days. The equipment was packed and shipped on June 28, 2022.
