尉昊赟（博士、副教授、博士生导师）：研究工作主要围绕光学干涉测量技术与光学频率梳光谱技术展开，作为负责人或主要研究人员先后承担国家重大科技专项、国家重大科学仪器开发专项、国家自然科学基金项目等研究课题多项。作为主要完成人曾获北京市科学技术奖一等奖（2005年）和中国计量测试学会科技进步奖一等奖（2018年）、浙江省科技进步奖二等奖（2022）各1次。

先后承担国家重大专项项目、重点研发计划、国家自然基金项目、航天重点基金等项目研究。研究成果在光刻机工件台研发、星载高分辨率光谱仪、激光测振仪等方面得到成功应用。曾获北京市科学技术奖一等奖和中国计量测试学会科技进步奖一等奖各1项。
1）光谱方向：面向大气环境、生物医学领域需求，开展双光梳光谱、CARS非线性光谱成像、激光光谱、傅里叶红外光谱技术及应用研究
2）精密测量方向：面向高端装备、科学仪器需求，开展激光干涉超精密测量和动态特性测量技术及应用研究
