东京大学工学博士。中国微米纳米技术学会常务理事,中国仪器仪表学会微纳器件与系统技术分会常务理事,全国微机电技术标准化技术委员会委员,中国仪器仪表学会标准化工作委员会委员。长期从事微纳/机电系统研究,特别是微纳传感器、微执行器、微流控器件及芯片等研究,近年主要致力于微小型发电机及自供能传感器研究。承担和参与国家部委级及国际合作微米纳米技术方面科研项目30多项,发表学术论文200多篇,获国家发明专利40多项,研究成果多次获国家和部委奖励(国家奖1项、省部级一等奖2项、省部二等奖2项等)。

Research survey

1)Micro/nano energy devices: including electret generators and solar cells using polymer nanostructures to enhance efficiency.
2)Micro/nano sensors: including flexible CNT force sensor array, CNT gas sensors; uncooled infrared focal-plane-array based on integrated optical gratings and CNTs; micro cantilever biosensors and micro accelerometers based on integrated optical gratings.
3)Microfluidics, including micro fluidic chips for biosensing, sample pre-treatment, and bioaerosol sampling; micro pumps and valves; micro jets.
4)Polymer micor/nano fabrication: including CNT/polymer composites and micro structures, nanostructure arrays by molding, polymer surface sacrificial process.
Professor Ye has published over 200 papers and filed tens of patents.
