1)微纳能源:旋转式驻极体发电机及混合发电机,振动能拾取驻极体发电机,人体运动能拾取驻极体发电机,静电发电机高效能量提取机制及策略,基于发电机的自供能传感器及传感系统,自供能太阳能板静电除尘系统,基于微纳结构的太阳能电池效率增强等。
2)微纳传感器:基于碳纳米管的红外探测阵列、碳纳米管/聚合物复合材料柔性力传感器阵列、碳纳米管气体传感器、碳纳米管场发射位移检测;集成光栅红外探测阵列、集成光栅微悬臂梁生化传感器、集成光栅微加速度计;电化学传感器等。
3)微流控技术:微泵、微阀、微喷、利用表面张力的微流体控制,及其在样品预处理、微生物采样、生化检测中的应用等。
近年来主持和参与国家部委级及国际合作微米纳米技术方面科研项目40多项,其中,973课题/专项3项,863项目3项,仪器重大专项任务1项,国家科学基金重点项目3项,国际合作项目多项等。发表论文250多篇,其中SCI论文100多篇,获发明专利40多项,研究成果多次获国家和部委奖励(国家奖1项,省部级一等奖2项、二等奖2项等)。
