研究领域

在纳米光学特种制造及精密测量领域开展研究工作:
(1)纳米制造:超快激光纳米特种加工新原理、新技术及新装备,包括新型微纳复合结构面源黑体、辐射制冷表面、炫彩结构色表面、超疏水表面等功能表面的制造技术及装备;
(2)纳米测量:近场光学超分辨显微及纳区物性表征原理、技术及仪器,包括光调制范德华力显微术(LvFM)、纳区荧光显微术(Nano-PL)、旋性及相位分辨扫描近场光学显微术(SSPR-SNOM)等;
(3)精密仪器:研发用于特种纳米制造和精密测量的仪器、装备并积极推进其产业化应用,包括用于新一代半导体精密量测和缺陷检测的多场耦合近场探针显微镜(O-AFM)、用于红外定标的高精度面源黑体辐射源系统、高精度红外成像及测温系统等。

研究概况

 白本锋,清华大学精密仪器系长聘教授,博士生导师。现任清华大学党委副书记、副校长。从事纳米光学特种制造及精密测量领域的研究工作,发表SCI论文100余篇,引用9000余次,其中在Nature子刊、Light: Science & Applications等一区期刊发表论文30余篇,获授权国家及国际发明专利30余项。主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家部委重点项目、国家自然科学基金项目等十余项。曾获中国仪器仪表学会金国藩青年学子奖、国际光学工程学会2020 SPIE Community Champion。现为IEEE、中国光学学会、中国光学工程学会高级会员,担任Light: Advanced Manufacturing、Optics Letters、《光学学报》等期刊编委。曾获国家级教学成果奖特等奖、北京市高等教育教学成果奖特等奖、全国光学工程学科优秀博士学位论文指导教师等荣誉。
