付星，精仪系长聘副教授，博士生导师，为先书院党总支书记、副院长，光子测控技术教育部重点实验室副主任。入选国家高层次人才特殊支持计划（2024）、国家级青年人才（2019）、北京市杰青（2023）、中国科协青年人才托举工程（2018，领域首批）。主要从事全固态激光、结构光场调控、单光子探测等技术研究，主持十三五/十四五重点预研、国家自然科学基金等20余项。讲授《非线性光学原理》、《激光的奥秘》、《测控技术与仪器设计与应用探索课》等本科生课程。
以第一、通讯作者在Nature Communications（3篇）, Light: Science & Applications（4篇），PhotoniX等期刊发表SCI论文100余篇，单篇被Science等引用超过2000次，多篇入选ESI热点论文、高被引论文，获第八届中国科协优秀科技论文、Light十周年十佳高亮论文等。获北京市自然科学二等奖（第一完成人）、瑞士Chorafas青年科学家奖（设奖21年来中国高校首位）、中国光学学会王大珩光学奖、中国仪器仪表学会金国藩青年学子奖。获清华大学先进工作者、清华大学优秀党建与思想政治工作者（党支部书记）、清华大学青年教师教学大赛工科一等奖、清华大学优秀博士学位论文指导教师（2次）、清华大学教育教学成果一等奖、清华大学优秀班主任一等奖、清华大学优秀博士学位论文一等奖、优秀博士毕业生、研究生学术新秀等荣誉。担任中国光学学会光学材料专委会委员、中国光学工程学会光显示专委会委员、《激光与光电子学进展》编委。
