Honors

In July 2025, the selection results of the 2nd Zu Chongzhi Award for Frontier Artificial Intelligence Innovation were announced. The project "Basic Theories and Core Technologies of Neuromorphic Computing and Perception Chips" led by Professor Luping Shi from Tsinghua University won the Annual Outstanding Achievement Award. This award focuses on basic research and cutting-edge technological innovation in artificial intelligence. The honor fully recognizes the team’s original breakthroughs in underlying theories and core architectures of neuromorphic chips, providing independent technical support for the field of low-power intelligent perception.
